With over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, our director Alec Brewer, has embarked on an exhilarating entrepreneurial journey that led to the founding of Millison Chase Limited.

Alec’s career has been deeply rooted in the realm of HGV temporary placements, where he has honed his skills and expertise. This extensive background has equipped him with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the recruitment business, particularly in delivering exceptional service from start-up and mastering business processes to the benefit of Clients and candidates alike.

His code of ethical recruitment and putting people first has been passed down to the teams he has trained ensuring a vision of sustainability for years to come.

Michael King - Director

With over a decade of experience in transportation and logistics recruitment, our Director, Michael King, brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of delivering results across the sector.

Throughout his career, Michael has played a pivotal role in supporting drivers entering the workforce, ensuring they are placed into roles where they can succeed and develop. In addition to this, he has successfully placed permanent professionals across key areas of transport operations, including planning and management positions, demonstrating both breadth and depth in his expertise.

Michael shares the company’s vision of delivering a people-first, ethically driven recruitment service. His appointment as Director reflects not only his experience, but also the value, insight, and leadership he brings to the business.

Margaret Brewer - Finance Director

With over 30 years of business experience, our Finance Director, Margaret Brewer, brings exceptional financial expertise and strategic insight to the company. Her career includes successfully growing businesses into PLCs, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

As our appointed Finance Director, Margaret also draws on her experience as a former warranted officer for HMRC, ensuring the highest standards of compliance. She works closely with our in-house payroll function to guarantee full regulatory adherence and accuracy for all clients.

Margaret’s depth of knowledge and commitment to financial integrity play a vital role in supporting the company’s continued success and stability.

Tyler Training is a specialist large and heavy goods vehicle driver training company, covering Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and the Midlands, catering for new LGV/HGV drivers.

Tyler Training also offer bespoke services for fleet owners looking to up-skill their drivers, something that is integral to attracting and maintaining a good workforce within the HGV drivers’ segment.

Tyler Training provides fully comprehensive training courses, creating a pathway to employment. These include Professional practical driver training for B1, C1, C, & C+E vehicles.
